What we do:
- Assess your breasts and the baby’s latch
- Assess baby for a tongue tie
- Weigh baby before and after their feeding to know how many mL they have taken
- Help with pumping
- Teach you how to use a SNS (supplemental nursing system)
- Make a feeding plan
- Manage mastitis, clogged ducts, low supply, over supply, pain, infections and more!

What we do:
- Discuss what to expect before, during and after birth.
- Talk about pain management
- Discuss the pros/cons of a C-Section or natural birth
- Create a birth plan
- Exercises to help with birth.
- Answer any questions you may have!

- Teach you how to care for your baby
