We exist to help moms flourish
Our History
Founded in 2019, we started as a space for moms to gather for exercises and prenatal classes. During COVID, we closed our building and now focus on home visits and prenatal classes at locations around Tirana.
Our Future
We hope to reach more mothers in Albania to ensure that each family feels educated and supported for birth and breastfeeding.
We plan to grow our team and services to provide more opportunities for moms in Albania and abroad to find the information and care they need to thrive.
Vision
Mission
Lizi is from America and has lived in Tirana for nearly 18 years. She has served as a board member and now director of the Mother and Child Hospital Foundation over 9 years.
Lizi is passionate about empowering moms and helping them learn to care for themselves and family well. She lives in Tirana with her husband and children. She gave birth to her three children at Materniteti Mbreteresha Geraldina!

Meet Our Teem
Midwife
Esmeralda is a qualified and licensed midwife with a Master’s degree in Surgical Nursing and many years of experience supporting mothers and babies in the hospitals of Tirana and Durrës. Married and a mother of two, she is committed to offering compassionate, high-quality care during birth and breastfeeding.

IBCLC
Gail has been serving families in Albania since 2004 and became an IBCLC in 2014. She is passionate about walking alongside moms through their breastfeeding and parenting journey, offering guidance, support, and evidence-based care. As a mother herself, with a total of 99 months of breastfeeding experience, Gail truly understands the joys and challenges of this special season of life.
